ABOUT THE TRIP
On our trip, we will explore the largest island of the Azores – Sao Miguel.Якщо ви давно мріяли побувати на краю світу, Азорські острови — найкращий для цього вибір. This trip is perfect for people who love to be alone with nature. There will be hikes with picturesque views, geothermal areas and crater lakes created by ancient eruptions, and the endless ocean.
IMPORTANT: the tour program may change depending on weather conditions, the condition of the participants, and changes in the transport schedule at the discretion of the tour guide.
OUR itinerary
DAY 1. Arrival on the island of Sao Miguel
Organizational day. Flight to the island of São Miguel, where we can enjoy the Azores landscapes from a bird's eye view. Transfer from the airport, check-in to the apartments, dinner in the local restaurant.
DAY 2. The capital of Ponta Delgada, the volcanic lakes of Seti Cidades
Today we will visit Ponta Delgada, strolling through its narrow streets past houses built of volcanic stone.
After that, we will go to the crater of the Seti-Sidades volcano, where the double lake of the same name is located. It consists of two lagoons, which form very beautiful landscapes. Here we will go on an easy hike. And to better view these landscapes, we will climb to the Boca do Inferno observation deck and see Seti-Sidadish from above. Here we will meet the sunset
DAY 3. Lagoa do Fogo, pineapple plantations.
After breakfast we set off to explore the island – São Miguel. Today, according to the plan, there is an observation deck near one of the most beautiful churches on the entire island, after which we will stop by a wild beach of unreal beauty, where we can swim. Then we head for the plantations, here we will try sweet Azorean pineapples and liqueur.
And to catch the sunset, we will go to the lake, which surprises with fantastic views - Lagoa do Fogo. It is one of the largest reservoirs in the Azores and the second most beautiful after Seti-Sidadães.
DAY 4. Cascata do Salto do Prego, thermal pools, valley of geysers.
Let's start the day with an easy trek, a few hours along beautiful trails, to reach the most beautiful waterfall in the Azores – Cascata do Salto do Prego.
DAY 5. Terra Nostra Park, tea plantations.
After breakfast, we head to Terra Nostra Park, a place where exotic plants from the tropics and cold countries mix. We'll dive into the yellow thermal pool — the color of the water in it is due to the high amount of iron.
After that, we will taste hot drinks on tea plantations (by the way, the Azores are the only place in Europe where tea is grown!). We will walk along the even rows of tea bushes at one of the oldest and most famous factories, Goreana. The tea here is special because it is grown on volcanic soil.
And at the end of the day, a simply unreal sunset on the ocean shore, in the company of such close friends.

After that, we will go to the ancient aqueduct, we will be able to swim in the “hot ocean”, and visit several observation decks on the rocks.
If you wish, you can take surfing lessons, where you will be taught how to catch the waves of the Atlantic Ocean.
And then we'll go explore our favorite town on the entire island – Ribeira Grande. Here we'll stop by a café with fragrant pastries to try how pastei de nata made on the island part of Portugal.
And of course, we will buy a postcard from the Azores or other cool souvenirs that you can bring as a memory of this incredible place.

If you are tired of the city hustle and bustle and just want to relax alone with yourself and nature, then this trip is definitely for you. As we like to say, ‘The Azores are an introvert’s paradise.’ Because even in high season, you will not find crowds of tourists here. Only emerald landscapes, the ocean, volcanic lakes and island pâtés, which have a special taste here, because they are made from ecologically clean milk of Azorean cows.

A place on the trip is reserved with a deposit of €400 (PayPal) and a photo of your international passport will also be required. After that, we will add you to the group. The remaining part of the amount must be paid no later than 21 days before the start of the trip.
Our groups consist of 4-8 travelers plus 1 guide. The average age of participants is 18-35 years. We have no age restrictions, the main thing is that you like walking and active recreation. Most often, girls go. A little less often, boys.
In case of refusal/cancellation of the trip from your side, a 100% refund is possible if a replacement is found for your place at the full price. In all other cases, the cost of the trip is non-refundable.
In case of cancellation of the trip by the organizers, the deposit paid will be refunded in 100%. The refund takes up to 10 business days.
